Hello Friends and Family!

WOW! It is officially the one year anniversary of the launch of www.foodinapinch.com! I can not begin to express my gratitude for all of the support I have received from friends and family whom I have been able to help over the past twelve months, and the JOY it has brought to my life. I have been able to help friends and family with book club gatherings, family reunions, Friendsgivings, holiday gatherings, Football weekends, Bachelorette dinners, baby and bridal showers, and just simple weeknight meals! I have met so many wonderful humans over the past year as word has spread about my venture! So, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

As I renewed this website, I condensed the seasonal menus into course pages to make your search more accessible. Also, I have added a gallery of images of recipes that have come out of my kitchen. Please browse through my GALLERY!

If you need help with appetizers, weekly food prep, party planning, or help with food that you just don't have the time or space to make, give me a call. If you need help with setting your table, food presentation, floral arrangements, goodie bags, gift wrapping, or packing up leftovers, I am available to lend a hand!

If there is something you would like to serve and it is not listed on a menu, please call me and let's find a solution! I do my best to accommodate many needs. The earlier you book with me, the more likely I will be able to help you.

DELICIOUS FOOD CREATES MEMORIES

Nothing brings people together like good food. I come from a large extensive family, and nothing has brought me more joy than entertaining and feeding the ones I love. This is why I wanted to help friends and family in a pinch. As a career educator for 32 years, I have summers off, and many of those summers were devoted to working in the food service industry. So I decided to start a venture doing what I love, something I can do well, and focus on the needs of my friends and family who need good food, but have no time to prepare it. So, 'Food in a Pinch' was born!
